Laura Greenhill, the Criminal Justice lead for CoLab, has been awarded a Butler Trust prize by the Princess Royal for her "her vision and tireless enthusiasm" in working with vulnerable offenders.
Laura is employed by Working Links Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) but is now seconded to CoLab to lead on our work with offenders. She has been instrumental in setting up The Exchange - a multi-agency drop-in "clinic" that matches offenders with opportunities in their ommunity to promote rehabilitation, recovery and positive community participation.
Fiona Carden, Director of Learning and Innovation at Co-Lab, praised Laura's contribution saying,“I have worked with Laura at the Co-Lab Wellbeing Hub in Exeter for the last 18 months. Many people talk about collaborative practice and few are able to really put it into practice. Laura has not only demonstrated collaboration in practice but her skills extended to being able to support and encourage others to work in partnership. Laura is an exemplar of how effective collaboration can work across sectors".
