A free 4 week wellbeing course to help mums and mums to be to become more active. This 4 part workshop will help to inspire, raise awareness and stimulate physical activity.

Food for Thought - Healthy Eating
Physical Wellness - Physical Activity
Come along and join us and feel inspired to start your journey to becoming more physically active and make positive healthy lifestyle choices.
