Join Caroline Burgess & Jola Pawlikowska in these gentle Yoga sessions in Exeter’s beautiful Belmont Park. The sessions will run for up to 2 hours and will combine Hatha Yoga and a walking meditation around the park. These distinctive sessions are designed to help us connect with our bodies, nature and new people within our community.
