CoLab Women Support Worker – Brave Spaces Project

We are seeking to appoint an additional project worker who has a focus on working in a range of settings, including occasional working during evenings and weekends. Working as part of our Brave Spaces team, you will be required to work flexibly, stepping in where and when needed and offering support to women.

Your role will involve working with partner agencies across Exeter to improve the safety of women, and to working as part of a small team to ensure a consistent wrap-around and trauma informed support offer is available, particularly during evenings and weekends.

CoLab Women Finance & Economic Resilience Support Worker

Have you a passion for, and experience of supporting women facing multiple disadvantages to improve their financial stability? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

CoLab Women supports individuals to directly access specialist domestic and sexual violence and trauma support. We also offer help with housing, finance, access to groupwork, recovery and learning. We have a new vacancy for a 21 hours per week Economic & Financial Resilience Support Worker. This post will both support women individually and in groups, helping to administer and oversee our Women’s Resilience Fund.

Hub Administrator

We are currently seeking to appoint someone who can offer a high degree of administrational and organisational skills and experience to act as a primary point of contact for the charity ensuring the Hub runs smoothly and supporting the wider CoLab team.

This is a varied and interesting role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate and connect with a diverse range of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds where there will be instances of dealing with aspects of challenging behaviour from our guests and associated enquiries, some of whom have complex backgrounds and needs.
