Salary: £22,183 FTE
Hours: Full-Time 37 hours
Contract: Initial 1 year fixed-term

We are really excited to offer this brand new role, working as part of our friendly and enthusiastic team to provide finance and administration support to the Business & Operations Manager and Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting time to join Colab Exeter as we move into the next phase of our evolution as a multi-agency community hub focused on working in collaboration and partnership to deliver better support, wellbeing, and recovery for people with complex lives.

We are seeking candidates who are able to demonstrate relevant experience in a finance admin role, who are looking for a challenge, and who would be excited to work as part of a busy team in a thriving community hub.

This role is varied and interesting, no one day will be the same, and the post holder will be asked to support the whole team and hub colleagues to make sure our hub runs smoothly and our team are well supported. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude who is able to use their experience and initiative to prioritise a varied workload, meet deadlines, and set up efficient systems of work.

Supported by the Business and Operations Manager the post holder will form part of our admin team, primarily taking a lead to ensure that all bookkeeping and finance admin duties are completed accurately and on time, but also supporting with admin around people and place including HR, premises, and other hub events and activities.
