A free 4 week wellbeing course to help mums and mums to be to become more active. This 4 part workshop will help to inspire, raise awareness and stimulate physical activity.

The course will run a day a week for 4 weeks :

These expert led sessions will focus on four themes:

Feeling Well

  • Positive Psychology
  • 5 Ways to Wellbeing

Food for Thought - Healthy Eating

  • Nutrition and feeling well
  • Our diets impact on our physical activity & emotional wellbeing

Physical Wellness - Physical Activity

  • Moving medicine – moving through motherhood
  • Explore barriers and challenges you face through motherhood

Community Connecting

  • Behaviour change (MECC)
  • Connect with local Community Builder / Physical Activity Ambassador
  • Activity Taster
  • Set goals to connect to physical activity

Come along and join us and feel inspired to start your journey to becoming more physically active and make positive healthy lifestyle choices.
